How can I Access my account?

You can click on the top link "My Account". If you forgot your password, click on the link Forgot Your Password? And enter your email address. After a short while, your password will be emailed to you.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary between country and shipment method. Average delivery times for continental Europe (in working days):

  • FedEx Priority => 1-3 business days
  • FedEx Economy => 4-6 business days
  • Chrono24 (Economy) => 2-4 business days
  • Chrono10 (Priority) => 1-2 business days

Lookat was born from a 50 year old company and throughout the last half a century we have been negotiating the best prices from suppliers in Music, Sports, Clothing, Shoes and other products related to hobbies. Will I have to pay custom duties?

All our products are shipped from within the European Community. If you live in the continental European Community you will not pay any custom duties. If you live outside the European Community, local import custom duties may apply.

What payment methods do you offer:

You can pay by:

  • Visa or Master Card using our Bank's secure payment Web.
  • Paypal if you have a Paypal account.
  • Wire transfer selecting Wire transfer on checkout. You will then be given instructions on how to proceed.

Free Shipping on Lookat.com?

The free shipping on Lookat.com is applied per warehouse. This means the customer buying a product with free shipping and a product without it will be paying the shipping just for the product that doesn't have the free shipping. If both products are from the same warehouse and one of them has free shipping the customer will get both products without shipping charges.

What should I do if I have a problem after receiving my order?
  1. If you receive an order with a product not working when you received it, or different to what you asked for:
    • We will refund you, or exchange the defective products or those that do not correspond to your order. The request must be made within 7 days after delivery. Contact Us before so we can give you an RMA number before returning your merchandise.
  2. If you just want to return your order:

Who are you / where are you?

Born in 2010, Lookat is the result of the enthusiasm and the wish for self-improvement of a third generation of a renowned family in Andorra for their large stores network dedicated to music, clothes and shoes.

After 50 years of conventional trade and with the intention to adapt to the modern technologies, the company evolves and begins the online trade creating Lookat, a new buying concept.
